Attention students! Official communication with the University only through mail in Office365<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dear students,<\/p>\n

we would like to remind you that as of February 25, 2022, the only way to communicate electronically regarding your studies will be via mail in Office365 (login.microsoftonline.com). Your private email addresses available in USOSweb will be replaced with the university address in the @student.pb.edu.pl, @sd.pb.edu.pl oraz @podyplomowe.pb.edu.pl domain. As a result, all correspondence from the USOS system will be forwarded to Office365.<\/p>\n

In accordance with \u00a7 3 Decree No. 1098 of the Rector of PB dated March 24, 2020<\/a> regarding the use of student electronic mail and MS Office 365 service provided at the Bialystok University of Technology, students of the Bialystok University of Technology are required to use mail in the @student.pb.edu.pl domain. This e-mail will be the only way of electronic communication regarding studies. Please do not send emails from private mailboxes as they will be ignored.<\/p>\n

We would like to remind you that all students at Bialystok University of Technology have student electronic mail and MS Office 365 services. In order to start using MS Office, including email, please log in to MS Office homepage<\/a> (1)<\/strong> using a login of the form ID@student.pb.edu.pl, name.surname@sd.pb.edu.pl, where “ID” is the person’s ID from the USOSweb system. Then select the “Launch Applications” option in the upper left corner (2)<\/strong> and from the visible applications, select “Outlook” (3)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

MS Office 365 (5)<\/strong> login information can be found in the USOSweb<\/a> system under “My USOSweb” (4)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Logging in through the Central Authentication System (CAS) to USOSweb, mobile USOS PB, CKZ, APD will not be available through a private email address.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Do you have forgotten your USOSweb password? Reset it.  It is important that the recovery address is the same as the one in USOS. So from now on it is ID@student.pb.edu.pl.<\/div>\n
