Password reset procedure for students\/students of the doctoral school\/postgraduate students\/trainees<\/div>\n

Students, students of the doctoral school, postgraduate students and trainees have the option to send a password reset request via the USOSweb system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

To do this, log in to the USOSweb system<\/a> and go to the My USOSweb tab (1)<\/strong>, and then to the Office365 information. After pressing the Reset password button (2)<\/strong>, a reset request will be sent to the University IT Center.<\/p>\n

New login details will be sent to the private email provided in the USOSweb system.<\/p>\n

The \u2018RESET PASSWORD\u2019 option is only available to active users who are enrolled in the current study cycle (i.e. summer or winter semester).

\nPasswords are being reset on working days (between 8AM and 3PM).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Attention! Changing the password in Office365 also changes the password in eduroam.<\/p>\n
