{"id":25695,"date":"2024-04-25T15:26:25","date_gmt":"2024-04-25T13:26:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pb.edu.pl\/sjo\/2024\/04\/25\/szkolenie-dla-doktorantow-capable-2024\/"},"modified":"2024-04-26T13:16:14","modified_gmt":"2024-04-26T11:16:14","slug":"bup-training-for-phd-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pb.edu.pl\/sjo\/en\/2024\/04\/25\/bup-training-for-phd-students\/","title":{"rendered":"BUP training for PhD students"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The CAPABLE (Common Academic Practices and Abilities in Learning for Research) project aims to provide knowledge, skills, and network opportunities to PhD students at BUP participating universities focusing on a sustainability topic relevant to the Baltic Sea Region.<\/h2>\n<p>Accepted students will receive mentoring and <strong>feedback on their thesis<\/strong>, as well as <strong>training in academic development<\/strong>, such as academic writing, academic presentations, critical thinking, development of research arguments, and much more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The training has three parts: an online seminar series, a PhD student conference in Uppsala, and an online course on academic pedagogics.<\/p>\n<p>The project is financed by the Swedish Institute (SI) and the BUP. The project is a part of the SI Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme, a special call for Ukraine. We will welcome a total of 50 PhD students, 26 Ukrainian students, and 24 students from BUP participating universities in other countries.
