The eclectic castle in Moszna<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The eclectic castle in Moszna<\/strong> near Opole (although in accordance with construction standards, it should be called a palace) was allegedly built on the medieval foundations of a Templar castle.<\/p>\n

The present appearance of the palace comes from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, when it was rebuilt and expanded after a great fire. During the Second World War, it housed the barracks of the Soviet Red Army, and after the war, a hospital for neurotic patients. In 2013, the palace was opened to the public: there are plenty of halls and chambers to see, and in some of them you can even book an overnight stay! Legend has it that the palace has 365 rooms and 99 towers. The whole thing brings to mind the world of Walt Disney, and watching it is a great pleasure bordering on delight.<\/p>\n

Since the 1980s, every spring, the castle has been filled with beautiful sounds of entertainment, opera and instrumental pieces as part of the Music Feast of Blossoming of Azaleas. Rhododendrons constitute the extraordinary beauty of the landscape park surrounding this fairy-tale edifice and are a great scenery for the concerts.<\/p>\n
