Igor Mitoraj<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Igor Mitoraj<\/strong> (1944-2014) was a phenomenal artist and sculptor whose work can be seen in the streets of various cities in the world: in Cracow\u2019s Main Market Square (Eros Bound), in front of British Museum in London, in Madrid in front of Prado National Museum, in Warsaw, Poznan, Paris, Rome, Florence, Milan, Valencia\u2026<\/p>\n

He created marble statues but also bronze casts, mainly monumental corpses, torsos, heads, resembling antique sculptures but they look as if unfinished or time-worn, with truncated limbs and damaged body parts. His works stay in the minds of the spectators for long. For ever.<\/p>\n
