POLISH LAB<\/strong> is a university unit that provides courses of Polish as a second language at several levels of competence. Our courses comprise language learning and cultural components, which makes them engaging, effective and well-remembered.<\/span><\/div>\n

POLISH LAB was created for foreigners who live among us<\/strong> and for Poles settled abroad<\/strong>. Our goal is to make everyone feel good in our beautiful country, to be able to communicate with us, and to understand our actions, reactions, and behaviours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the Poles permanently living abroad we want to maintain contact with their mother tongue<\/strong> and to update their knowledge of the country<\/strong>. For many representatives of the Polish community abroad, this is the country of their ancestors, which makes it all the more important that language and culture classes are a valuable stimulus to the cultivation of Polish traditions and speech.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our mission is to integrate people of different nationalities<\/strong> with the Polish community by teaching Polish<\/strong> and promoting knowledge of Polish culture<\/strong>, everyday life, art, traditions, geography and history.<\/span><\/p>\n

We pursue our mission and goals at various levels through language classes, cultural workshops, exhibitions, lectures and other cultural events<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

We obtained the right to hold exams<\/strong> in Polish as a foreign language, by decision of the Minister of Science and Higher Education No.2\/DWM\/2019 of January 8, 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Certificate of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language is the only state document confirming the knowledge of the Polish language<\/strong>. You can obtain it by passing the state certification exam, among others, in our Centre.<\/span><\/p>\n
