{"id":2543,"date":"2023-07-18T14:48:23","date_gmt":"2023-07-18T12:48:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pb.edu.pl\/moja-zielona-politechnika\/kadry-dla-przyszlosci\/"},"modified":"2023-11-15T14:17:36","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T13:17:36","slug":"personnel-for-the-future","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pb.edu.pl\/moja-zielona-politechnika\/en\/personnel-for-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"Personnel for the future"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>As part of the sustainable development strategy &#8220;My Green University&#8221;, we intend to achieve the operational goal: Personnel for the future.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have set out the following lines of action to achieve this goal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increasing the participation of students and doctoral students in sustainable development activities<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable scientific research<\/li>\n<li>Building pro-environmental awareness among the academic community and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The activity and involvement of the academic community are essential for the implementation of the University&#8217;s ambitious goals for counteracting and adapting to climate change and counteracting other environmental challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Particular emphasis should be placed on strengthening the ecological awareness of students. Changes in behaviour and acceptance of sustainability patterns can occur through education, awareness-raising and civic engagement.
