From the very beginning, our mission has been to break down barriers, combine science and natural sciences with practical application, and foster international and regional cooperation amongst young people.<\/p>\n<h2>How did it all begin? International Partnership<\/h2>\n<p>The entire project and international cooperation got off the ground thanks to the invaluable support and initial contact with Ms Elisabeth Ritter from the German-Polish Youth Cooperation (DPJW) and Mr Steffen Kreutzmann from the Elisabeth-Gymnasium in Halle. It was thanks to our shared vision and commitment that we were able to bring our schools together and create a space for Polish-German educational integration.<\/p>\n<h2>Teaching Team \u2013 Initiators and Leaders<\/h2>\n<p class=\"mb-0\">Behind the success and ongoing development of the initiative lies the experienced teaching staff of ALO PB:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artur Ku\u017amicz, MA (Chief Coordinator)\n<ul class=\"mb-0\">\n<li>Finance and Funding: Securing funding from the Polish-German Youth Cooperation (DPJW), drafting and fully managing partnership projects.<\/li>\n<li>Relations and Partnerships: Establishing cooperation with new schools abroad, higher education institutions (Bia\u0142ystok Medical University, University of Bia\u0142ystok) and local government bodies (City of Bia\u0142ystok, Tykocin, Marshal\u2019s Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship).<\/li>\n<li>Logistics and Teaching: Translations, comprehensive organisation of visits (hotels, tickets, bookings, laboratory visits), coordination of external partners (including Smogobus and Forest Districts), running remote Polish-German classes, and supervising young people during trips.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Anetta Pogrebniak, MA\n<ul class=\"mb-0\">\n<li>IT Support: IT support for the project, creation of the first version of the Mint.pb website, and mentoring support for young people in programming and implementation work.<\/li>\n<li>Supervision: Direct supervision of pupils during exchanges in Poland and trips to Germany.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Marzena Smolewska, MSc\n<ul class=\"mb-0\">\n<li>Scientific and Research Content: Supervision of scientific research in the laboratories of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environmental Sciences at the Bia\u0142ystok University of Technology; support for pupils in preparing professional chemical and biological experiments.<\/li>\n<li>Supervision: Supervision of young people during the domestic and international stages of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Youth Project Teams<\/h2>\n<p>The \u2018MINT Without Borders\u2019 project is, first and foremost, a space for pupils to develop their practical technological and artistic skills!<\/p>\n<div class=\"h5\">The Mint.pb Website Creators and Developers Team<\/div>\n<p class=\"mb-0\">The website you are currently visiting is brought to life and continues to evolve thanks to successive generations of our pupils:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First team: Mateusz Nitkowski, \u0141ukasz \u0141api\u0144ski<\/li>\n<li>Those continuing the work: Jonasz Michaluk, Jakub Franczuk, Borys Chomicz<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"mb-0\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The new, current version of the portal has been managed since autumn 2026 by:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Kirill Kukharchyk,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Szymon Sp\u0142awski.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-0\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Content management of the page:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Filip Kajko,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Tomasz Krupa,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maks Chilewicz,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Karol Zalewski,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hubert Jankowski.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-0\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Translation team:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Pawe\u0142 Chwie\u015bko,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Micha\u0142 Oku\u0142a,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Micha\u0142 Jakubiuk,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Krzysztof \u0141ukaszewicz.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We would like to extend our special thanks to Dr Tomasz Hu\u015bcio and Sergiusz Jakuszewicz for their substantive and technical support!<\/p>\n<h2>Graphic Design and Visual Identity<\/h2>\n<p class=\"mb-0\">Original graphic materials, visualisations and the project\u2019s aesthetic design were prepared by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Julia Sianko,<\/li>\n<li>Dominika Bazyluk,<\/li>\n<li>Karol Zalewski.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Together, we are creating a boundless space for science, technology and passion!<\/p>\n<p>We would like to thank all teachers, pupils and institutional and international partners for their contribution to the development of the project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the \u2018MINT Without Borders\u2019 Project \u2013 Leaders The \u2018MINT Without Borders\u2019 project was launched in early 2021 on the initiative of three dedicated teachers from the Academic Secondary School of the Bia\u0142ystok University of Technology.
