Klara-Oppenheimer-School is a vocational school in the heart of Lower Franconia, a region in Bavaria\/Germany. We primarily teach trainees from companies. The lessons are practice-oriented and usually take place over 1,5 days. The rest of the week, students learn in their companies. The school\u2019s qualification is equivalent to the secondary school leaving certificate Mittlere Reife and in conjunction with the traineeship it\u2019s comparable to the high school diploma Abitur (DQR4 qualification).<\/p>\n

– approximately 3 200 students
\n – two-thirds female students
\n – approximately 150 teachers
\n – one of the largest vocational training centers in Bavaria
\n – over 30 different professions
\n – commercial professions (primarily medical professions, retail and IT), nutrition and care professions
\n – focus on MINT: biology lab technicians, chemistry lab technicians, IT specialists, IT business administrators
\n – students spend 1,5 days per week at school, otherwise as trainees in companies<\/p>\n
