The 3rd International Young Researchers Conference: Ideas, Research, Training<\/strong> (IRT 2026) is an international scientific conference dedicated to young researchers, PhD candidates, and students representing engineering, technology, and management sciences.<\/p>\n

The conference will be held on 9\u201311 June 2026<\/strong> at Bialystok University of Technology, Poland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

About the conference<\/div>\n

IRT 2026 aims to create an international platform for presenting research results, exchanging scientific ideas, and building interdisciplinary and international cooperation among young scientists<\/strong>. The conference promotes innovation, research excellence, and professional development of early-career researchers.<\/p>\n

Participants will have the opportunity to present their work in oral and poster sessions and take part in professional development workshop led by experienced researcher.<\/p>\n
