Take part in last in this semester culinary workshops and learn how to prepare Polish traditional food!<\/h1>\n

Workshops will take place on 12.06.2026 (Friday) at 09:30 a.m.<\/strong> and will last about 3 hours in Zmok\u0142a Kura culinary studio in Bialystok. There will be a bus for participants of the workshops, which will take people to the studio from the front of IRO and after the meeting will bring you back to the campus.  <\/p>\n

Detailed programme:<\/strong><\/p>\n

09:00 am gathering in front of IRO (room C31, Faculty of Computer Science)
\n09:10 am bus ride to the culinary studio
\n<\/strong>09:30 am Welcome of workshop participants, division into task groups, introduction of the menu
\n09:40-11:00 am Cooking time
\n11:00-12:15 am Lunch, presentation on Polish cuisine and short quiz with souvenirs
\n12:30 am Bus ride back to the campus<\/p>\n

Pomidorowa – Tomato soup with rice<\/p>\n

Kopytka – potato dumplings<\/p>\n

Devolay – chicken roll with potatoes, white cabbage
\nTruskawki ze \u015bmietan\u0105 – Strawberries with cream and mint <\/p>\n
