Za nami pierwsza edycja projektu wolontariatu grupowego!<\/p>\n

W dniach 2\u201315 czerwca 2025 r. Politechnika Bia\u0142ostocka go\u015bci\u0142a 11 uczestnik\u00f3w pierwszej edycji projektu wolontariatu grupowego realizowanego w ramach Europejskiego Korpusu Solidarno\u015bci, a tak\u017ce grup\u0119 6 student\u00f3w z Colorado School of Mines w USA, kt\u00f3rzy do\u0142\u0105czyli do realizacji zada\u0144 przewidzianych w inicjatywie My Green University<\/em>. W\u015br\u00f3d wolontariuszy EKS znalaz\u0142o si\u0119 dwoje student\u00f3w PB, kt\u00f3rzy odegrali wa\u017cn\u0105 rol\u0119 w adaptacji zagranicznych koleg\u00f3w i kole\u017canek. Wspierali ich nie tylko w dzia\u0142aniach projektowych, lecz tak\u017ce w codziennym \u017cyciu, podpowiadaj\u0105c mi\u0119dzy innymi, gdzie w Bia\u0142ymstoku mo\u017cna spr\u00f3bowa\u0107 najlepszych lod\u00f3w\u2026

\nVolunteering at Bialystok University of Technology gave me the chance to connect with amazing people and contribute to something meaningful. It helped me step out of my comfort zone, gain confidence, and feel part of a larger community. I\u2019ll carry the inspiration and sense of purpose this experience gave me into whatever comes next.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nVolunteering gave me an oppurtunity to meet a lot of people from different countries and cultures. That was great time with amazing persons which gives me a different perspective on many issues. This project encouraged me to further activity.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nI heard first about „my green university” in order to do an internship. However it didn’t fit with my university requirements, but I choose to take part to the project anyway. This was definitely the right choice: it was a so enriching experiences! The first week was mainly about green areas and planting on the campus, and the second week took place in the framework of the week of welcoming international partners. I made new friends and I improved my english. I also feel more self-confident after this experience.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nJoining the My Green University project in Bia\u0142ystok was a chance to turn values into action. Working with students from Europe and the US, I saw how different perspectives can come together toward one shared goal. It reminded me that real change starts locally, with people who care and show up.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nDuring my volunteering experience, I learned about the essential role green spaces play in urban well-being and the significant effort, planning, and collaboration required to create them. \nAs a geography student, I enjoy exploring the world and different cultures. This project was great, thanks to the exchanges with European volunteers and the International Staff Week participants. It was a great opportunity to discover how sustainable development is approached differently from my country. Thant you for all!<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nI think every aspect participation in this project had a value of its own but I would say collaborating with my teammates was the most valuable. It was a great opportunity to learn about other cultures within Europe and outside Europe. For example, we cooked food together for 2 weeks and this was a good chance to understand about cuisines from other countries, learn new recipes, engage in language & cultural exchange. Also, it was a nice time working in the team during workshops and then preparing our videos and presentations & getting ready for the internastional staff week. Everyone brought their ideas to the table and we could create something creative for our stalls.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Przez dwa tygodnie wolontariusze z r\u00f3\u017cnych stron \u015bwiata aktywnie w\u0142\u0105czali si\u0119 w \u017cycie uczelni i spo\u0142eczno\u015bci lokalnej, wnosz\u0105c sw\u00f3j wk\u0142ad w budowanie bardziej otwartego, zielonego i przyjaznego kampusu . Zakres ich dzia\u0142a\u0144 by\u0142 bardzo szeroki i obejmowa\u0142 m.in.:<\/p>\n

  • udzia\u0142 w zaj\u0119ciach teoretycznych i szkoleniach po\u015bwi\u0119conych wsp\u00f3\u0142czesnym zagro\u017ceniom wynikaj\u0105cym ze zmian klimatu oraz poznawanie rozwi\u0105za\u0144 odpowiadaj\u0105cych na te wyzwania, takich jak tworzenie b\u0142\u0119kitno-zielonej infrastruktury, kt\u00f3ra poprawia jako\u015b\u0107 \u017cycia w mie\u015bcie i stanowi form\u0119 aktywnego obywatelstwa,<\/li>\n
  • wsp\u00f3\u0142tworzenie dw\u00f3ch kampanii: ekologicznej oraz promuj\u0105cej ide\u0119 wolontariatu \u2013 poprzez projektowanie i rozpowszechnianie proekologicznych przekaz\u00f3w skierowanych zar\u00f3wno do spo\u0142eczno\u015bci lokalnej, jak i do zagranicznych go\u015bci odwiedzaj\u0105cych w tym czasie uczelni\u0119,<\/li>\n
  • opracowywanie materia\u0142\u00f3w edukacyjnych zach\u0119caj\u0105cych do wdra\u017cania na co dzie\u0144 nawyk\u00f3w przyjaznych \u015brodowisku,<\/li>\n
  • wsp\u00f3lne prace na rzecz zazieleniania kampusu Politechniki Bia\u0142ostockiej wraz ze studentami z USA, uczestnikami 14th International Staff Week oraz przedstawicielami spo\u0142eczno\u015bci lokalnej.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
