We invite all new incoming students to Welcome Dinner!
\nIt will take place on October 02, 2026 at 12:30 in Assembly Hall C25 at Faculty of Computer Science<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n

Meeting will consist of two parts \u2013 obligatory one, and non-obligatory.

12:30-12:35<\/strong> Official opening of the event
\n12:35-12:40<\/strong> Students Residence Halls regulations summary
\n12:40-13:00<\/strong> Informational meeting with representatives of the Police and Border Guard
\n13:00-13:20<\/strong> Networking coffee break \/ Q&A with Police, Border Guard and Students\u2019 Halls representatives<\/p>\n

Non-obligatory part:<\/strong><\/p>\n

13:20-13:50<\/strong> Welcome Center tips on staying in Poland and studying at BUT and Welcome Packs distribution
\n13:50-14:20<\/strong> Polish language and culture in a nutshell
\n14:20-14:50<\/strong> Presentation of the Welcome to Poland Programme and upcoming activities for students
\n14:50<\/strong> Networking lunch (in menu: Polish traditional food; only for participants of the second part of presentations)<\/p>\n

Event is organized within and financed from the budget of the \u2018Culture, Skills and Integration at BUT\u2019 project under the NAWA \u2018Welcome to Poland\u2019 Programme, financed by the European Union from the European Social Development Fund 2021\u20132027 (FERS) as part of the project entitled: \u2018Support for higher education and research institutions in serving foreign nationals and Polish citizens going abroad\u2019, No. FERS.01.05.IP.08-0003\/24.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
