Take part in next culinary workshops and learn how to prepare Polish traditional food!<\/h1>\n

Workshops will take place on 28.05.2026 (Thursday) at 09:30 a.m.<\/strong> and will last about 3 hours in Zmok\u0142a Kura culinary studio in Bialystok. There will be a bus for participants of the workshops, which will take people to the studio from the front of IRO and after the meeting will bring you back to the campus.  <\/p>\n

Detailed programme:<\/strong><\/p>\n

09:00 am gathering in front of IRO
\n09:10 am bus ride to the culinary studio
\n<\/strong>09:30 am Welcome of workshop participants, division into task groups, introduction of the menu
\n09:40-11:30 am Cooking time
\n11:30-12:30 am Get-together lunch, presentation on Polish cuisine and short quiz with souvenirs
\n12:30 am Bus ride back to the campus<\/p>\n

Menu of the workshops:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pierogi – dumplings with smoked cottage cheese and chives 
\nMielone – ground chicken cutlets with carrots and peas and mashed potatoes
\nMoskole – potato pancakes with Gouda cheese, yogurt, chives, garlic butter 
\nCh\u0142odnik – cold beetroot soup with potatoes, egg, radish, dill, chives <\/p>\n
