There will be a bus for participants of the workshops, which will take people to the studio from the front of IRO and after the meeting will bring you back to the campus. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detailed programme:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>09:00 am gathering in front of IRO<strong><br \/>\n09:10 am bus ride to the culinary studio<br \/>\n<\/strong>09:30 am Welcome of workshop participants, division into task groups, introduction of the menu<br \/>\n09:40-11:30 am Cooking time<br \/>\n11:30-12:30 am Get-together lunch, presentation on Polish cuisine and short quiz with souvenirs<br \/>\n12:30 am Bus ride back to the campus<\/p>\n<p><strong>Menu of the workshops:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Homemade bread<br \/>\n2. Spiced herring<br \/>\n3. Duck breast: Duck\/apricot\/leek\/potato<br \/>\n4. Deconstructed pascha<br \/>\n5.
