Take part in next culinary workshops and learn how to prepare Polish traditional food!<\/h1>\n

Workshops will take place on 24.03.2026 (Tuesday) at 4:00 p.m.<\/strong> and will last about 4 hours in Zmok\u0142a Kura culinary studio in Bialystok. There will be a bus for participants of the workshops, which will take people to the studio from the front of IRO and after the meeting will bring you back to the campus.  <\/p>\n

Detailed programme:<\/strong><\/p>\n

04:00 pm bus ride to the culinary studio; meeting point: in front of IRO
\n<\/strong>04:15 pm Welcome of workshop participants, division into task groups, introduction of the menu
\n04:30-06:30 pm Cooking time
\n06:30-08:00 pm Get-together dinner, presentation on Polish cuisine and short quiz with souvenirs
\n08:00 pm Bus ride back to the campus<\/p>\n

Silesian dumplings in a butter sauce<\/p>\n

Potato soup (potatoes, onion, garlic, dill, chives, horseradish)<\/p>\n

Potato patties stuffed with chicken<\/p>\n

Apple pie (deconstructed)<\/p>\n
