Freemovers are students who travel entirely on their own initiative, while exchange students use exchange programmes at a department, faculty, institution, or national level like ERASMUS+. Academic mobility under Freemovers Program refers to currently enrolled students at higher education institutions on Undergraduate (Bachelor) and Graduate (Master) programs, willing to move for one semester or an academic year to Bia\u0142ystok University of Technology in order to follow academic program or to take certain courses.<\/p>\n

The Freemovers Students will have to cover the fees at BUT.<\/p>\n

Freemover Students will have their courses in the same way as the rest of the Exchange students. They will have the same rights as Exchange students, however are not considered as Erasmus students.
\nParticipating in the Freemover Program does not give the right to seek for BUT diploma.<\/p>\n

  1. Contact the International Relations Office at your university.<\/li>\n
  2. Get nominated by your university.<\/li>\n
  3. Wait for an e-mail with the instructions.<\/li>\n
  4. Apply in BUT registration system \u2013 IRK2* (https:\/\/irk2.uci.pb.edu.pl<\/a>)<\/li>\n
  5. Send required documents to International Relations Officer.<\/li>\n
  6. Receive the Invitation Letter<\/li>\n
  7. Arrange visa<\/li>\n
  8. Get health insurance for the whole period of studies<\/li>\n
  9. After arrival to BUT \u2013 sign an agreement and pay tuition fee (1150euro per semester)<\/li>\n

      You can choose courses from all BUT faculties, no matter what you are studying.<\/p>\n
