It continues the series of meetings held in Poland and Germany since 1999.<\/p>\n<p>More information: [<a href=\"https:\/\/gpco2026.pb.edu.pl\/\">9th German-Polish Conference on Optimization Methods and Applications \u2013 Bia\u0142ystok, 21\u201325 September 2026<\/a>]\n<p>The German-Polish Conference on Optimization Methods and Applications is a prestigious scientific event with a long tradition (held cyclically since the 1970s), serving as a platform for knowledge exchange between Polish and German research centers in the field of optimization.<\/p>\n<p>The main goals of the conference are the integration of the scientific community and presentation of the latest theoretical and practical achievements in optimization methods.<br \/>\nThe event focuses on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience exchange: Presentation of the latest algorithms, control theory, and mathematical programming methods.<\/li>\n<li>Practical applications: Discussion of how optimization helps solve problems in industry, economy, medicine, and engineering.<\/li>\n<li>International cooperation: Strengthening ties between mathematicians and computer scientists from Poland and Germany (though the conference is open to participants worldwide).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The conference is scientific and expert-oriented.
