In the latest edition of the Research.com ranking, Bialystok University of Technology came off very well in four areas among Polish universities.<\/div>\n
In electronics and telecommunications, we came in second, in mechanical and aerospace engineering \u2013 fourth, in mathematics \u2013 sixth, and in material engineering \u2013 ninth. In the area of electronics and telecommunications, only 4 Polish universities were classified, in mechanical and aerospace engineering only 6 Polish universities, in material engineering 13 universities, and in mathematics 9 universities.<\/div>\n

It should be emphasized that the very classification in the ranking is a great distinction, because in order to be ranked you need to meet the conditions, based only on independent bibliometric databases. The classification in the ranking is independent of the university. This year 38 Polish universities were ranked (one more than a year ago) and Bialystok University of Technology was ranked 20th. This is a promotion of 5 places compared to last year and the best place among Podlasie universities.<\/p>\n

The ranking of the best universities was created on the basis of the analysis of the profiles of 166,880 scientists. In individual disciplines, the following were tested accordingly:<\/p>\n
