The responsibilities of the Student Affairs Department include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Coordinating matters related to the course of study and tuition fees;<\/li>\n
  2. Collaborating with the Student Council and the university student organizations;<\/li>\n
  3. Collaborating with the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange regarding programs for students studying in Polish;<\/li>\n
  4. Preparing lists of the University\u2019s top 10% graduates;<\/li>\n
  5. Providing administrative support for the disciplinary ombudsman and disciplinary committees for doctoral students;<\/li>\n
  6. Preparing the academic year calendar;<\/li>\n
  7. Coordinating competitions for the “Best Student” award;<\/li>\n
  8. Administering the Konstanty Kalinowski Scholarship Program;<\/li>\n
  9. Providing administrative support for the Bialystok University of Technology student research organizations;<\/li>\n
  10. Administering the Ministry of Science and Higher Education program “Innovative Student Research organizations”;<\/li>\n
  11. Preparing reports for the university authorities and the relevant ministry for the higher education, within the scope of the Department’s responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
